Answer:
The Anheuser-Busch Company bought all SeaWorld theme parks (in Orlando, in San Diego, and in San Antonio, Texas) from Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, Inc. in 1989.
Actually they also got Cypress Gardens and Boardwalk Baseball in the deal because HBJ company wouldn't sell them individually - only all parks as one package. Later, Anheuser Busch sold Cypress Gardens (in 1995) and closed Boardwalk Baseball (in 1990).
